We would love to officially welcome our newest member of our team, Katie!
Katie has always had a passion for health, wellbeing, and exercise.
As a teenager Katie enjoyed swimming and competed at national events in addition to participating in many other sports. These experiences led her to pursue her educational choices; completing a Bachelors in Sports and Exercise Sciences and a Masters in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation. Since graduating, Katie has worked for the NHS, specialising in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and has developed her clinical skills working with a wide variety of long-term conditions.
In 2021, Katie embarked upon a new career path to achieve her long-term ambition of becoming a Physiotherapist.
Now registered as a Physiotherapist, Katie looks forward to working with the team at Positive Steps.
Katie's driving force in everything she does is to support clients with their individualised rehabilitation needs and improve their quality of life through exercise.
