Cancellation Policy
Initial assessments must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for more than 24 hours notice.
- Cancellation of Physiotherapy sessions by the client must be made more than 24hours in advance of the appointment date and time. Failure to adhere to this will result in full payment being due.
- In the unlikely event that PSP needs to cancel a physiotherapy session, the appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest reasonable opportunity. No charge will be made for the cancelled appointment.
