Our brand new 'Purposeful Play' service is a range of FREE of charge online videos that offer advice, guidance and easy to follow instructions on comfortably encourage movement opportunities for our youngest little ones.
With easy to follow examples in a step by step approach (led by our very own Lorna), we hope that this brand new series of short and sweet online tutorials will provide a taster of how we can help our youngest clients.
Although Physio is very tiring I do feel a lot better afterwards and it helps to have a Physio that I can have a laugh with and that I can talk to. I feel it is very beneficial.
