Here's to 2022!
As most people cautiously step into 2022 not quite sure what to expect, at Positive Steps we are leaping in! Determined to make it another great year where we help people work hard and dream big!!
If this first week is anything to go by it is going to be a cracker...5 new referrals already and our team of 5 all raring to go.
Our weekly lives on facebook are back where Lorna shares some inspiring stories but also shares her struggles, after all we are all human. More free challenges are on the horizon for 22, allowing us to help even more people of all ages. We also start 2022 supporting a local special school even more than we did before. Lorna and Louise will be working a full day a week offering 1:1 Physiotherapy for the children there as well as supporting the amazing staff. Hopefully Hydrotherapy will also be carried out if COVID restrictions ease and we can get back in the pool.....keep everything crossed.
All in all a really exciting time and we are looking at even more ways to share our news with you making sure we reach as many people as possibe.

Although Physio is very tiring I do feel a lot better afterwards and it helps to have a Physio that I can have a laugh with and that I can talk to. I feel it is very beneficial.
Lorna makes the hard work of Physio fun. She has children of her own and relates well to my 7 year old boy. He has made good progress since she started working with him.
