We are a small team of Physiotherapists and Assistants that all believe in 'Our Purpose' making sure our clients feel valued through every step of their journey with us. It is an honour to be part of their journey and seeing how much people can achieve is truly amazing. The true potential of individuals is often way more than they dreamed of and you could be a part of that too.
Positive Steps has thrived since it was established in 2017, even a global pandemic could not stop our growth. Our Owner and Director, Lorna Saunders, was able to flip the business online and still support clients when the world locked down. Our team were furloughed but only for 3 months and since their return in July 2020 they have continued to work with clients face to face despite the many restricitons placed on us during the pandemic. This is a sign of how stable Positive Steps has become as a business and none of our clients were left unsupported at any time, something we are all very proud of!

Although Physio is very tiring I do feel a lot better afterwards and it helps to have a Physio that I can have a laugh with and that I can talk to. I feel it is very beneficial.
