Rebecca Wade

Becky is a friendly, approachable, and highly motivated member of the Positive Steps team. Since joining the clinic, her role has grown significantly, and she works behind the scenes to help keep the business running smoothly.

With Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Business Management and Administration, Becky coordinates many of the day-to-day business operations, supports the clinical team, and manages the clinic's social media and marketing. She enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in helping ensure that families, clients, and the team receive the best possible experience.

Becky is passionate about the positive impact that physiotherapy and hydrotherapy have on the lives of clients and their families and loves being part of a team that makes such a meaningful difference every day.

Outside of work, Becky can usually be found at her own yard with her two horses, Posh and Lilly, or keeping up with her energetic toddler....With two horses, a wild toddler, and a busy role at Positive Steps, it's safe to say Becky has mastered the art of juggling!"
