Case Managers
We are proud to work with individuals who require additional or specific care and those whose treatment is co-ordinated by a Case Manager.
As a team, Positive Steps Physiotherapy are well placed to work with Case and Client Managers to deliver relevant, effective and sensitive treatment and care, that aligns with treatment plans and needs.
Examples of this work could include:
Helping an individual with long-term injury or disability to recover or recuperate
Assisting a cared-for child or young adult to manage a long-term mobility condition
We're available to talk over potential treatment plans at a time to suit you.

Although Physio is very tiring I do feel a lot better afterwards and it helps to have a Physio that I can have a laugh with and that I can talk to. I feel it is very beneficial.
