Dynamic Movement Skills Rehabilitation

We were lucky enough to attend one of the much sought after courses on 'Movement Re-Patterning for Rehabilitation' run by the world renowned Mike Antionades. Mike is the Founder and Director of the Movement and Running School and has worked with many elite athletes in his time. Mike believes everyone can move better and therefore also works successfully with people who have suffered Strokes or been diagnosed with Parkinsons and MS, similarly he works with children to help them move better too. After all who does teach a child to run?
Mike is passionate about sharing his innovative assessment and training methodologies to help as many people as possible.
Positive Steps Physiotherapy is looking forward to consolidating our new knowledge and testing it out over the coming weeks and months to help our clients young and old 'move better' and 'move faster'!
